As a leading printer we provide a complete printing services starting from design, pre press, work to print, binding and delivery. Other services include PNMB Digital Services (PDS), Advertising, ATB, Smartcard, Legislative & Gazette, Law Net and Cash Sales Outlet.
Where is PNMB located?
PNMB is located in the heart of the city at Jalan Chan Sow Lin, Kuala Lumpur.
When did PNMB came into the market?
PNMB was established as the largest printing company in Malaysia and it entered the corporate market in 1993, leaving its history which started during the British Occupation in Malaya in 1888 as Government Printing Office.

Currently PNMB is operating with a total workforce of 1136 Nationwide.

How long will it take to get my order?
You will get your order ready in two weeks after final proof.
How long does it take for me to get the proof of my job?
It will take you three working days to get the proof.
What if I want to make amendment on my order after I’ve placed it or approved the proof?
Any changes can only be made before printing.
How do I view my proof?
We will email to you the proof for viewing.
What kind of paper will my job be printed on?
Not only we carry many common paper stocks but can also source for special request.
Can I order 2-colour printing from you?
Any number of 2-colours is possible.
Can you print jobs that are different than the standard formats that you offer?
Yes. We will print at customer request.
How well will my job match compared to what I see on my monitor?
You can only see 95% match on your computer.
File Preparation
Can I send you documents created in MS Word or PowerPoint?
Yes, but it cannot be printed out.
What other file formats can you take?
We take all types of file format including PDF.
What types of storage media do you accept?
We accept all kind of storage media including CD and pen drive.
What is the difference between the RGB and CMYK colour space and why does it matter?
RGB is used for monitors. Meanwhile, CMYK is colour of liquid ink used in printing machines.
