Variable Data Printing (VDP) is a service that produces personalized mailers with marketing collaterals, and personalized transaction documents, and mailed out on behalf of our customers. VDP is a form of on-demand printing in which elements such as text, graphics and images may be changed from one printed piece to the next, using information from a database or external file.
The personalized mailers which VDP produces may include personalized promotional flyers, pamphlets, brochure and the personalized transaction documents can be, for example, bank statements, credit card statements, utility and phone bills, notices and universities scrolls and transcripts, to name a few.
This process at PNMB is done in much secured environment to ensure the integrity of your data. VDP documents can be combined with other products in a single-mail-out and all can be produced at PNMB. PNMB has also been proven to be capable of producing high volume VDP and with locations nationwide, distributed VDP is possible to ensure faster turnaround, easy management and cost saving.
