Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy

The Anti-Bribery & Corruption Policy (“ABC Policy”) has been developed as part of the Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries (“PNMB Group”) Anti-Bribery Management System which has been designed to align with the requirements set out in the ISO 37001:2016. Having a clear and unambiguous policy statement on the PNMB Group’s position regarding bribery and corruption forms the cornerstone of an effective integrity management system.

The Policy aims to set out the parameters, including the main principles, policies and guidelines, in which PNMB Group practices concerning anti-bribery and corruption. Therefore, this Policy should be read in conjunction with the ISO documents as well as the PNMB Group’s various policies & procedures. If multiple documents speak on the same subject, then the more stringent provision always applies.

No Gift Policy

PNMB Group is committed to be honest, ethical and conduct ourselves with the highest degree of integrity at the workplace as well as fully comply to Section 17A of the MACC Act 2009 – Adequate Procedures. In going about our business, PNMB Group will avoid the perception of impropriety and our “No Gift Policy” is not to seek an advantage by giving or accepting any improper gifts, entertainment or payments from any customer, supplier, potential supplier or any person that PNMB Group believe may be seeking to influence our business decisions or transactions.

Business Code of Conduct Policy

PNMB Group and its subsidiaries (“PNMB Group”) desires to maintain a reputation for integrity that is in keeping with its responsibilities and position. In line with this commitment, it requires all Directors and employees (collectively referred to as “Personnel”) to observe the highest ethical business standard of honesty, integrity and to apply these values to all aspects of its business and professional practices.

Whistleblowing Policy

Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad and its subsidiaries (“PNMB Group”) are committed to the highest standard of integrity, openness and accountability in the conduct of its businesses and operations. It aspires to conduct its affairs in an ethical, responsible and transparent manner.

Recognising the above-mentioned values, PNMB Group provides an avenue for all PNMB personnel and members of the public to disclose any improper conduct within the Company.
