YBhg. Datuk Haji Pkharuddin

Professional Experience
- YBhg. Datuk Haji Pkharuddin Haji Ghazali holds a Bachelor of Science (Hons) (1986) and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (1989) from the University of Malaya. He is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education (EdD) at Universiti Pendidikan Sultan Idris (UPSI).
- He began his career as a teacher and hostel warden at SM King George V, Seremban (1989–1993) before serving at the Negeri Sembilan Education Department as Assistant Director and Head of the Examinations Unit (1993–2010). He was later appointed as Principal of SMK Taman Semarak, Nilai (2010) and successively held leadership positions including Head of Assessment & Examination Sector (2011–2013), Head of Quality Assurance Sector (2013–2014), Deputy Director of Education Negeri Sembilan (2014–2017) and State Education Director of Negeri Sembilan (2017–2020).
- In 2020, he was appointed as Director of Examinations at the Ministry of Education, followed by Deputy Director-General of Education (Policy & Curriculum Sector) in 2021. The pinnacle of his career came in 2022, when he was entrusted as the Director-General of Education Malaysia (KPPM), leading a national education system comprising more than 5 million students and 400,000 teachers.
- He is currently the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (PNMB), a Trustee of the Yayasan Guru Tun Hussein Onn and a Council Member of the Negeri Sembilan Islamic Religious Council (MAINS).

Professional Experience
- Radzifuddin Nordin holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Case Western Reserve University, Ohio, where he was a Dean’s List scholar under the American Top Universities (ATU) scholarship program.
- He began his career in IT and telecommunications with Petronas, Sema Group, Bell Sygma and SchlumbergerSema, where he managed software development, systems integration and data migration projects. He later joined Maxis, expanding into product development and regulatory initiatives.
- In 2005 until 2014, Radzifuddin served at Accenture, as director, leading multimillion-ringgit programmes for Telekom Malaysia and Celcom. He drove nationwide system migrations, managed vendor ecosystems and strengthened client relationships at the C-suite level, showcasing his expertise in project and change management.
- In 2014, he joined PADU Corporation and was appointed as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) in 2020. He led education transformation under the Malaysia Education Blueprint, introduced the Initiative Management Framework and achieved RM270 million in saving for the Ministry of Education. His leadership was recognised by UNESCO and the World Bank for best practices in large-scale policy implementation.
- With over 30 years of experience spanning education, government, telecommunications and technology sectors, Radzifuddin has built a career distinguished by large-scale project delivery, strategic stakeholder management and organisational transformation.

Professional Experience
- Zamri Mohd Radzi holds a Bachelor of Accountancy (Hons) from the International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM). He is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants.
- He began his career as an external auditor with Messrs Coopers & Lybrand Malaysia, an international accounting firm (1994-1998). He then joined CIMB Group Holdings Berhad, where he served in various finance and corporate services roles over a decade (1998-2008), from Finance Manager to Senior Vice President Corporate Services.
- In 2008, he was appointed as Assistant General Manager at CIMB Investment Bank before moving to Vida Springboard Sdn Bhd, a private equity firm, as Associate Director (2009–2011). He subsequently became General Manager, Finance of Zelan Berhad (2011–2015) and later Head of Finance for MMC-Gamuda KVMRT (PDP) Sdn Bhd (2015–2022).
- He joined Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (PNMB) in April 2022, bringing with him over 25 years of experience in accounting, finance, investment and corporate management.
Professional Experience
- Ashraf Amir holds a Bachelor of Human Resource Management from Universiti Teknologi Mara (UiTM) and brings over 13 years of experience in Human Resources and Administration.
- He has held various leadership roles within the DRB-HICOM Group, contributing to major capital projects such as the refurbishment of Wisma DRB-HICOM and leading a 170-member auxiliary police team to strengthen security and governance functions. His career also spans digitalisation initiatives, organisational design, performance management, facilities management and policy development.
- As Head of Human Capital & Administration at PNMB, Encik Ashraf is responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy, driving HR transformation and fostering a high-performance culture to support sustainable growth.
Professional Experience
- Lai Mee Lin holds a Bachelor of Arts from Universiti Malaya and brings over 30 years of experience in Business Development and Sales particularly in commercial printing and publishing sector.
- Prior to joining PNMB, she was the General Manager of Sales and Marketing in Karangkraf Group, where she played a key role in expanding the commercial printing business, particularly in magazines and newspapers. She successfully attracted high-value clients, significantly increasing the company’s annual sales revenue. Her strong work ethic, excellent people skills and technical expertise, combined with her passion for sales, have made her a respected and well-recognised figure in the local printing industry.
- As the Head of Business Development & Sales at PNMB, Madam Lai is responsible for the company’s group sales revenue and drive development of new revenue streams in commercial printing and packaging. She continuously challenges her team to achieve new milestones including winning PNMB’s first print award in 2024 and fostering stronger relationships with government and corporate clients, thus establishing PNMB as the partner of choice for printing and technology solutions.

- Annuar Fakry holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Science (Chemistry) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and has completed an Executive Learning program in Supply Chain Management at the University of Michigan’s Ross School of Business.
- He has held strategic leadership roles at B. Braun, Honeywell Aerospace, BlueScope Steel, General Electric, and Pharmaniaga, where he successfully led operational excellence programs, global product transfers, lean transformation and regulatory compliance initiatives. Recognised for his ability to develop high-performance teams, Encik Annuar has consistently delivered strong business outcomes across diverse industries.
- With over 20 years of senior leadership experience, he currently serves as Head of Manufacturing at PNMB, where he leads operations, drives digital transformation and advances organisational excellence to achieve sustainable growth.
Professional Experience
- Iqmal Hakimi brings over a decade of experience across audit, finance, performance management, consulting and corporate strategy. As the Head of Corporate Affairs at Percetakan Nasional Malaysia Berhad (PNMB), he advises the Board and Management on strategy, governance and regulatory matters while leading transformation and growth initiatives.
- Prior to PNMB, he held leadership roles with KPMG Management & Risk Consulting, where he delivered strategic insights and led engagements across spheres of industries including government agencies, aviation, financial services, agriculture and FMCG sector.
- He began his career in audit and finance with GuocoLand (Malaysia) Berhad and Lim, Cheh & Chang Chartered Accountants, building a strong foundation in financial management and governance.
- A graduate of Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Shah Alam, he is an Associate Chartered Management Accountant (ACMA), a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a member of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants (MIA).
