Whistle Blower

The Policy of the Company is to provide avenue for employees, customers and vendors in exercising their rights to raise concerns and make disclosure when suspecting something amiss. At the same time, the Company will provide necessary safeguards for protection of employees from reprisals or victimisation, for “whistle blowing” in good faith.

The Company will not tolerate the harassment or victimisation of anyone raising a genuine concern. However, the Company recognizes that the employee may nonetheless want to raise a concern in confidence under this Policy. If the employee requests the Company to protect his/her identity by keeping his/her confidentiality, the Company will do its best not to disclose, unless with prior consent from the employee

*The intent of the Policy is to bring genuine and serious issues to the fore and it is not intended for petty complains. Malicious allegations by employees may attract disciplinary action.
